Amsterdam, September 29, 2026. Imperum, the Autonomous SOC Platform for the Full Attack Lifecycle, today announced that it has been named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Standalone AI SOC Platforms 2026 Vendor Assessment (IDC #US54127026, September 2026). The report was authored by Chris Kissel and Monika Soltysik.

For Imperum, the designation marks a milestone for the team and the occasion to introduce the Imperum AI Fabric, described by the company as its Autonomous SOC in a box.

Why standalone matters

Imperum's approach starts with its own domain-specific cybersecurity large language model, trained for security operations rather than built as a wrapper around a public model. Running a model locally, however, is only the first step; scaling AI for a production SOC is the larger challenge.

For in-house SOCs and MSSP and MDR providers, concurrent investigations, agents and automated workflows require more than GPU hardware and a model. They require infrastructure that manages capacity, routes workloads and keeps operations running.

Introducing the Imperum AI Fabric

  • Imperum DSLLM Imperum's own cybersecurity-trained large language model.
  • Imperum AI Fabric Scalable, sovereign AI infrastructure with multi-model routing, workload balancing, model pools, automatic fallback and high availability. Local first, with optional cloud models and Imperum Veil to redact sensitive information before external processing.
  • Agent Studio 2,770 ready-to-run agents across SecOps, IT Ops, DevOps and technology-specific use cases, alongside native Autonomous SOC agents and the ability to build custom agents.

Local inference carries no per-token dependency, and SOC data does not need to be sent to an external AI provider. The AI Fabric is built for deployment wherever customers require, including fully disconnected environments.
